John Ellis

We are pleased to welcome John as our new Head of Catering. Joining from Searcys, where he was Projects and Compliance Director and previously Venue Director at 116 Pall Mall. John is a chef by trade with strong commercial experience. He brings a real passion for food and will play a key role in growing our events and catering offering.

James McGrane

James joins us as Hospitality Team Leader and will be a familiar face at Hall lunch and across events. With over 20 years’ experience in pubs, restaurants and venues, spanning waiter, barman, events and supervisor roles, he brings a wealth of hands-on hospitality knowledge to the team.
